I left my Mac on last night and it seems with the Mail program on as well. Wouldn't you know it, the mail program retrieved ALL of my e-mail from my online accounts and lumped them into 1 big pile. It seems it is over 6000 e-mails which were wonderfully organized online with all of the great google tools to retrieve who sent me what and now it is all on my laptop.
I had thought I had a setting on the mac e-mail about leaving the e-mail on-line but aparently this is not the case right now.
I am totally bummed. It also seems that some other settings for my gmail are all gone too.
Crap, crap, crap!
