Yesterday Mom and I went to La Belle Nails in Lake Oswego. It is in the same parking lot as Healthy Pet. I think Mom and I will stop looking for another salon. The spa pedicure is $20 while the manicure is $12. Kim and Nancy were really fun for Mom and I. In theory, they taught us how to say Hello and Thank you in Vietnamese.
They take Visa and MasterCard so that makes it easier. The atmosphere is really modern and pleasant.
